During this time of economic crisis affecting the global arena, health care industry and system has not been spared. It is at this time that we have to call for a stronger and bolder collaborative effort to promote initiatives aimed at making more acute and effective changes to meet the full scale and urgency of the challenges we are facing particularly in critical care nursing. This two-day convention will highlight on the current critical care practice standards that impact on the issues and trend on critical care delivery and practice. Imperatives on refining clinical judgment and critical thinking will be emphasized through lectures and workshops. Likewise, opportunity for strengthening of the professional network among the critical care nursing practitioners and associates from the practice and industry will be facilitated through dynamic interaction and fellowship.

To register as a delegate to the Critical Care Nurses Association of the Philippines, Inc., Annual Convention, a complete registration form shall be submitted. In order to avoid delays in processing your registration, please write or type clearly the information required including payment information that have been made. Use a separate form for each delegate in duplicate copy. (Registration Forms can be downloaded here or you may get it at the CCNAPI office.)

- IMPORTANT REMINDER: DO NOT FORGET TO BRING your receipt on the day of the Convention.
Individual Registration
- To avail of the MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION RATE, the individual shall provide a proof that he/she has been a member of CCNAPI for at least three (3) months prior to registration.
- Therefore, no instant membership shall be allowed just to avail of the membership registration rate.
Registration fee is inclusive of kits, Congress ID’s, meal stubs; one certificate of attendance accredited by PRC – Board of Nursing for credit units. Group Registration:
- A group registration is considered when 10 people are registered and made a single payment. A discounted fee of P 33,000.00 will be collected for the group registration.
- One receipt shall be issued under a principal name (person or hospital)
- The principal name / Hospital Representative shall be the one authorized to transact for the group in getting the kits and the meal stubs on the day of distribution.
- A Registration Form duly accomplished by each of the 10 people shall accompany the payment.
- Registration Fee includes of Convention kits, Convention ID’s, meal stubs, ten (10) certificates of attendance accredited by PRC – Board of Nursing for credit units.
- The deadline of group registration shall be on or before February 12, 2012. Group rate will not apply after.
Cancellation and Refund
- Total amount of Refund will not be given to those who will be cancelling their registration. Considerations may be given to the following:
- For cancellation made One (1) month prior to Congress, Twenty Five Percent (25%) of the total registration fee shall be deducted.
- For cancellation made Two (2) weeks prior to the congress, Fifty Percent (50%) of the total registration fee shall be deducted.
- For cancellation made One (1) week prior to the congress, Seventy Five Percent (75%) of the total registration fee shall be deducted.
- No Refund shall be given on the day of the congress.
Transfer of Registration
In the event that the Registered Participant is unable to attend the conference, your registration is transferable at no additional charge. Contact the Secretariat if you wish to transfer your registration to another person. Please accomplish a letter of transfer request and fill up another registration form for the person you wish to transfer your registration and attach your registration form and payment receipt. Transfer request should be made at least ONE WEEK prior to the convention.
