1. All Membership are done / accepted at the CCNAPI Main Office located at 8thfloor medical arts building of the Philippine heart center, East Avenue, Quezon City.
  2. If you wish to become a member of CCNAPI, please provide the following requirements:
    1. If employed: Any registered nurse who is currently working, with at least 3 months experience in the Critical Care Unit or MS Ward, certified by the immediate supervisor.; OR
    2. CREDIT EDUCATION UNITS: Any registered nurse with at least 20 Credit Education Units, earned from attending CCNAPI Seminars/Workshops/Conventions of the current year.
    3. For the employed: please bring your certificate of employment, signed by your immediate supervisor (photocopy please),
    4. By attending CCNAPI programs: please bring your CCNAPI Certificates with at least 20 Credit Units (units can be seen at the left lower corner of your certificates, original copy please)
    5. PRC License (VALID)
    6. PNA ID (VALID)
    7. 1×1 or 2×2 picture
    8. Php 300 Membership Fee
  3. Fill out the Membership Form, to the best of your ability. All information will be encoded in the CCNAPI System.
  4. While the staff is processing your id, you will be asked to write on the membership logbook, as well as on the pen tab for your electronic signature.
  5. Upon encoding of your membership ID, the staff will ask you to double check your ID before printing it.
  6. Do not forget to bring your CCNAPI Membership ID, this will serve as a proof that you are a member.
