Company-Sponsored Registrations

This registration category is exclusively for conference sponsors, including pharmaceutical companies and other corporate sponsors, registering nurses from one or more healthcare institutions. The applicable registration fees are intended for conference sponsors enrolling sponsored participants. The sponsoring company must designate a representative to coordinate the registration and payment and ensure that all required details for each attendee are accurately provided.

1. Designated Company Representative: All company-sponsored registrations must be coordinated through a designated point person from the sponsoring company.
2. Registration Form: The organizing committee will provide a registration form for the company representative to complete with the required details of all sponsored participants.
3. Submission of Registration: Once completed, the registration form must be submitted to the organizing committee via email at [email protected].
4. Confirmation and Event Access: Upon processing the registration, the organizing committee will send the registered participants the necessary conference details and access instructions for the three-day event.
5. Changes and Substitutions: Any changes to the list of registered participants, including substitutions, must be communicated to the organizing committee at least ten (10) days before the start of the conference. Requests received after this deadline will not be accepted.

Terms & Conditions

• No free membership is included in the registration.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Refund requests will not be granted automatically, but may be considered under the following conditions:

• One (1) month prior to the convention: 50% of the total registration fee will be refunded.
• Two (2) weeks prior to the convention: 25% of the total registration fee will be refunded.
• No refund will be issued for cancellations made one (1) week prior to or on the day of the convention.

GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS

• Abstracts may have single or multiple authors. The presenting author must be a duly registered participant of the conference.
• Submit the abstract by email to [email protected] using the official CCNAPI abstract form. Suggested subject line: “2027 CCNAPI Abstract Submission – [Presenting Author’s Surname].”
• Abstracts must be written in English and prepared according to the format guidelines below.
• The submitting author must certify that the work has not been previously published or presented.
• All abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. Acceptance and presentation format will be determined by the committee.
• Notification of acceptance or non-acceptance will be sent to the presenting author by email.
• Accepted presenters must complete conference registration and comply with all presentation instructions and deadlines.

ABSTRACT FORMAT GUIDELINES

• Length: 200–250 words, excluding the title, author names, and institutional affiliations.
• Required structure: Objective, Significance, Study Design, Study Population/Setting, Methods, Results, and Conclusion. Include actual findings or results; do not submit only a proposal or a description of intended work.
• Title: Use CAPITAL LETTERS and limit the title to no more than three lines.
• Authors and affiliations: Include the full names of all authors, department/institution, city, and country. CAPITALIZE surnames and underline the presenting author’s name.
• Formatting: Use Times New Roman, 10-point font, single spacing, and keep all content within the designated abstract form’s borders. Follow the margins specified on the form.
• Do not include tables, graphs, illustrations, or figures. Avoid lengthy background information or discussion.
• Use standard abbreviations where appropriate. Spell out less familiar abbreviations at first mention.

PRESENTATION REQUIREMENTS

Accepted presenters must follow the presentation format and technical instructions issued by the Scientific Committee. For virtual presenters and international presenters who are required to submit a pre-recorded lecture, the recording must be in MP4 format and should be 10–15 minutes long. The submission deadline and delivery instructions will be communicated to accepted presenters.

Registration and Payment

1. Who can attend the conference?

The conference is open to nurses and other eligible participants interested in advancing knowledge and excellence in critical care nursing, subject to the conference registration guidelines and available slots.

2. How can I register for the conference?

Participants must complete the official registration form and settle the applicable registration fee. Please ensure that all required information is accurate before submitting your registration. 

3. Is face-to-face registration guaranteed once I submit the form?

No. Submitting the registration form alone does not guarantee a slot. Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation by the organizing committee. Face-to-face slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability.

4. Can I register as a group?

Yes. Group registration is available for five (5) or more participants. Please use the designated group registration form and ensure that all required participant details are completed.

5. Can a company sponsor nurses from different hospitals or institutions?

Yes. Companies, including pharmaceutical firms and other corporate sponsors, may sponsor nurses from one or more healthcare institutions. The Company-Sponsored Registration Fee applies exclusively to companies officially registered as conference sponsors of CCNAPI. A designated company representative must coordinate the registration and submit the complete details of all sponsored participants to the organizing committee.

6. Can I avail of the CCNAPI Member Rate?

Yes, provided you have an approved, valid, and active CCNAPI membership for at least one (1) month before registration. Membership approval is required; instant membership is not available.

7. Can I register if I cannot pay before the deadline?

Promissory letters may be accepted for eligible group registrations under the applicable Regular or Group Rate, subject to CCNAPI approval. They are not accepted for Early Bird Face-to-Face registrations. Please refer to the official registration guidelines for the requirements and payment deadline.

8. What is the deadline for payment and promissory letters?

All payments and promissory letters must comply with the deadline stated in the official registration guidelines. For the current guidelines, the deadline is February 13, 2027. Documents dated February 14, 2027, onward will not be accepted.

9. What happens if payment is not completed by the deadline?

Registrations with unpaid fees by the prescribed deadline will not be considered confirmed, and the participants will not be included in the official list of conference delegates. Only participants whose registration and payment have been duly confirmed by the organizing committee will receive official confirmation and conference access details. No extensions or exceptions will be accommodated beyond the stated deadline.

10. Can I change the name of a registered participant?

Changes to registered participants, including substitutions, must be communicated to the organizing committee at least three (3) days before the conference starts. Requests received after the applicable deadline will not be accepted.

11. Can I request an official receipt or service invoice under my company’s name?

Yes. Participants may specify the name to appear on the official receipt or service invoice in the registration form.

• Group Registration: Only one (1) official receipt or service invoice will be issued for the entire group registration.
• Company-Sponsored Registration: The official receipt or service invoice will be issued under the name of the company sponsoring the registration.

Conference Attendance and Access

12. What are the conference dates?

The conference will take place on February 17–19, 2027:

• February 17–18: Face-to-face sessions
• February 19: Virtual sessions

13. What is included in the face-to-face registration?

Face-to-face registration includes an ID badge for Days 1 and 2, virtual access to Day 3, participation in applicable workshops, a congress kit and giveaways, meals and snacks for two days, electronic handouts, the CCNAPI newsletter, and two electronic certificates corresponding to the face-to-face and virtual attendance components, subject to the conference requirements.

14. Can I attend virtually if I registered for face-to-face participation?

Virtual attendance may be allowed only in cases of valid and important circumstances, such as illness or unavoidable work-related commitments, subject to approval by the CCNAPI Registration Committee.

Participants must submit a formal written request with relevant supporting documents at least three (3) days before the conference. Approval is not automatic and will depend on the committee’s evaluation.

Please note that no refund will be issued for any approved change from face-to-face to virtual attendance.

15. I am on duty during the conference. Can I request a recording or replay link?

Please ensure that you are available on the scheduled conference dates before registering. No recording or replay link of the conference will be provided. Attendance and participation must follow the applicable conference guidelines.

16. When will I receive the virtual access link?

Registered participants will receive the relevant conference access instructions and links before the event. Please check your registered email address regularly, including your spam or junk folder.

17. Can I use a different email address to access the virtual sessions?

Participants should use the same email address submitted during registration for conference-related communications and access. This helps the organizing committee verify registration and monitor attendance.

Certificates and CPD Units

18. Will participants receive certificates?

Eligible participants will receive electronic certificates in accordance with their registration category, attendance, and compliance with the conference requirements.

19. How many certificates will face-to-face participants receive?

All eligible participants, whether attending face-to-face or virtually, may receive two (2) electronic certificates:

• Certificate 1: For Days 1 and 2 (February 17–18, 2027).
• Certificate 2: For Day 3 (February 19, 2027).

Important: Participants must complete and submit the required daily evaluation forms to be eligible to redeem their certificates. Certificate issuance is subject to attendance verification and compliance with the conference requirements.

20. Will the certificates include PRC-BON-approved CPD credit units?
