- Email Usage: The registered email will be the official communication channel throughout the 3-day event. Please ensure the correct email address is entered during registration.
- Membership Requirement: To avail of the discounted Membership Fee, individuals must be active CCNAPI members for at least one month prior to registration.
- Promissory Letters:
- Early Bird Face-to-Face Registration: No Promissory Letters will be accepted for the Early Bird rate.

Group Registration:
- Eligibility: Group registration is applicable to groups of 5 or more participants, allowing access to discounted rates.
- Deadlines:
- Early Bird: Until January 12, 2025.
- Regular Registration: Until February 12, 2025, or until the quota is reached.
- Virtual: Until February 12, 2025. Limited to 2000 participants.
- Point Person: A designated group representative must encode the details of the participants. Download the group registration form here: [Link to Group Registration Form].
- Promissory Letter: Accepted for regular group registration, subject to submission by February 12, 2025.
- Submission Process: After completing the form, the point person must send it to the organizing committee at [email protected], along with the proof of payment or signed promissory letter.
- Participant Substitution: Replacement of participants is allowed until 10 days prior to the event, upon communication with the organizing team.
- Official Receipt: Only one official receipt will be issued for group registrations. Individual receipts will not be provided.
Company-Sponsored Registrations
- All company-sponsored registrations must be coordinated through a designated point person from the sponsoring company.
- A registration form will be provided to the sponsoring company, which their representative will use to input the details of the participants they are sponsoring. - Once completed, the sponsoring company’s representative must submit the form to the organizing committee via email at [email protected].
- The organizing committee will then send the registered participants the event details and a link to access the 3-day event.
- Any changes to the participants must be communicated to the organizing committee no later than 10 days before the congress start date. Substitutions made after this deadline will not be accepted.
- Company-sponsored registration fee is Php 5,400.00 per person. This entails no free membership.
- Only one official receipt will be issued for company-sponsored registrations.
- Companies interested in sponsoring individual or group registrations should contact the organizing committee at [email protected] by February 12, 2025.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Free and Waived Membership for Face-to-Face Registrants
- This benefit applies exclusively to active 2024 CCNAPI members.
- It is only available for face-to-face registrants.
- The waived membership fee is redeemable until June 30, 2025. After this date, the standard membership fee will apply, and all required documentation must be submitted.
- Membership is valid for one year upon approval of the application.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- Note: No refund will be provided for cancellations, except under the following conditions:
- Cancellations made one month prior to the convention will receive a refund of 50% of the total registration fee.
- Cancellations made two weeks prior to the convention will be refunded 25% of the total registration fee.

- No refund will be issued for cancellations made within one week of the convention or on the day of the event.
Transfer of Registration
- If a registered participant is unable to attend, their registration may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost.
- The original participant must submit a letter to the organizing team with the details of the person attending in their place.
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least one week before the convention start date.
GUIDELINES FOR AUTHORS
- A duly registered participant to the CCNAPI 2025 Convention may submit an abstract for review and acceptance for presentation.
- Deadline for abstract submission will be on January 26, 2025 for review and acceptance.
- Abstract maybe submitted by email to [email protected] using the IMRAD form.
- Abstract must be written in English and must be printed in the attached format (see attached Format Guidelines)
- Abstracts will be reviewed for acceptance by the Scientific Committee based on the following criteria:
Relevance (Purpose): 25%
Significance (Implications): 25%
Applicability to Critical Nursing Practice: 25%
Clarity of Methodology: 25%
- Abstract can be of single or group authorship.
- Notice of acceptance for presentation will be sent out no later than February 10, 2025.
FORMAT GUIDELINES:
- Abstract content shall be structured as follows: objective, significance, study, design, study population, method, result(s) and conclusion.
- Table graphs, illustrations or figures should not be included and will not be printed for inclusion to the hand-out materials.
- Standard abbreviations maybe use. Do not include historical descriptions or lengthy discussion in the abstract.
- The abstract shall consist of up to 250 words and must all be contained within the abstract frame of the format (excluding authors/ institutions)
- Font shall be Times New Roman size 10pt
- The left and right margins of the text should be 3mm.
- The title must be in CAPITAL LETTERS in the upper field. It should not exceed three lines.
- Author name(s), institutions and department must be typed in the large field within the area delimited by the lines.
- Identify the name of the presenting author by underlining the name
- Surnames are CAPITALIZED. Indicate the organization, city and country where the paper originated.
- The body of the text should be typeset in upper and lower case, single spaced. Special symbols, such as fonts, italics, underlining, bold, etc. except for the text subheadings.
- For international presenters, lectures will be pre-recorded for a maximum of 10-15 mins and recorded in mp4 format deadline of submission on February 9, 2025. Kindly input in the email subject name: 2025 ABSTRACT PRESENTER (SURNAME)
For local presenters, it is mandatory to attend either the one-day convention (on the day you will be presenting your paper) or the full convention.

What is the minimum number of registrants in order to avail of the Group Registration? Group Registration will only be available for those who will register with 5 or more registrants. Please proceed to https://www.ccnapi.org/convention-events-2/ for more details.
Is Group Registration the same as Company-Sponsored Registration? No. Company-sponsored registration is for those participants whose registration is supported by convention sponsors.
In order to avail of the Group Registration, do the registrants need to come from the same institution? No. If you have 5 or more participants, you may avail the Group Registration. Please proceed to https://www.ccnapi.org/convention-events-2/ under the registration tab to know more
I am interested to attend; however, I cannot pay before the set deadline. Can I still proceed? Yes. We accept promissory letter which is applicable for group registration only. Kindly proceed to https://www.ccnapi.org/convention-events-2/ for further details on the application of promissory letter.
Is the program approved with CPD Units? The program is applied for 24 CPD Units. The CPD Units will be given once the Nursing CPD Council released the FINAL APPROVED Units.
My request schedule/leave is not approved but I have already paid the registration fee, can I transfer my registration to my friend? Or refund my payment? Yes. Please proceed to https://www.ccnapi.org/convention-events-2/ under the registration tab to know more about the process of transfer of registration and request for refund.
After answering the registration link and uploading my proof of transaction, what should I do next? You will receive an initial notification of your registration. After verifying your registration, you will receive another email within 7 days containing the Zoom link. Please register using the Zoom link to be able to access the congress.
Can I enter the Zoom Meeting using another account? No. You may only register and enter the zoom meeting link with your official registered email account. Different email addresses will not be accepted by our system.
I am on duty, but I already paid the congress. Can I ask for a recording link of the congress? No. Recorded video will only be available to international delegates with a different time zone.
