How to Apply for CCNAPI Membership Online with Electronic Membership Card

Step 1: Prepare All Requirements

Before starting the application process, please make sure you have the following ready:

  • CCNAPI ID (for the membership and ID number)
  • Current PRC License (in JPG format)
  • Valid PNA Membership Card (in JPG format)
  • ID Photo (1x1 or 2x2 in JPG format)
  • If employed (working currently in MS Area, ICU, PACU, CCU, PICU): A certification of employment (not less than 3 months) signed by your immediate supervisor (in JPG or PDF format)
  • If not currently employed: Certification(s) showing 20 credit units from any CCNAPI training attended within the last year (in JPG or PDF format)
  • Deposit slip for membership fee payment of Php 500.00 (in JPG format)

Step 2: Pay the Membership Fee

Please deposit the membership fee through bank transfer or deposit to the following account:

  • Bank: Security Bank
  • Account Name: Critical Care Nurses Association of the Philippines, Inc.
  • Account Number: 0382-047182-001 (Current Account)
  • Amount: Php 500.00

Keep the deposit slip as you’ll need to upload it during the registration process.

Step 3: Register Online

Go to the CCNAPI MEMBERSHIP PORTAL: https://www.ccnapi.org/membership/

Follow these steps to complete your online membership application:

  1. Create an account by clicking "REGISTER NOW" (ensure to keep your login details secure).
  2. Fill out the application form and select either "NEW" or "Renewal" for your membership type.
    • If certain fields do not apply to you, type "NA." For non-applicable years, input "2022."
  3. Upload the required documents (all in JPG format; COE/Certificates can be in JPG or PDF format for multiple files).
  4. Once completed, click "REGISTER," complete the OTP verification, and check your registered email for the verification link (check both inbox and spam folder).
  5. After verification, you will be redirected to the login page. Log in using your username and password.
  6. Click the "AVAIL" button, then select either "AVAIL MEMBERSHIP" or "AVAIL ITEM" (if availing CCNAPI courses).
  7. Choose the 1-Year Membership (Php 500.00) and click the "+" button to add it to your cart. Then, click "CONFIRM."
  8. Click "Pay Now" and upload your deposit slip (in JPG format) when selecting the payment option PTBD (Pay Through Bank Deposit).
    • Note: All payments must be made exclusively through Security Bank.
  9. Verify if your status shows as "FOR APPROVAL" after payment submission.
  10. Wait for approval (this takes 5-7 working days). Once approved, log in to your account to confirm your membership.
  11. After approval, you can download or print your electronic membership card (in PDF format). Make sure to always log in to https://membership.ccnapi.org/ to check the status of your application or download your membership electronic card.
  12. If you need an official receipt, send a request to [email protected].
