EMERGENCY NEUROLOGICAL LIFE SUPPORT (ENLS) CERTIFICATION COURSE

This program is designed to help healthcare professionals improve patient care and outcomes during the first hours of a patient's neurological emergency. A pre-course self study program is required for the participants prior to engaging in the face to face lecture with the ENLS facilitator.

Objectives:

1. Review the early critical management of key neurologic emergencies.
2. Demonstrate collaborative, multidisciplinary approach
3. Provide consistent set of protocols, practical checklist, decision points and suggested communication to use during critical patient management.
4. Achieve ENLS certification after demonstrating mastery of the patient care protocols
